Ruetschle has been working closely with Greenon Local Schools on a comprehensive $64M Master Plan for replacement of its school buildings. The plan calls for consolidating from four school buildings to two: a PK-6 (105,000 sf) and a 7-12 (133,000 sf). Greenon will be partnering with the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission who will be funding $22.5M of the plan. Issue 21 will be considered by Greenon voters on November 6th with local funding via a combination .75% earned income tax and a 6 mill property tax issue.
