Greenon Local Schools Master Plan

Ruetschle has been working closely with Greenon Local Schools on a comprehensive $64M Master Plan for replacement of its school buildings.  The plan calls for consolidating from four school buildings to two:  a PK-6 (105,000 sf) and a 7-12 (133,000 sf). Greenon will be partnering with the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission who will be funding $22.5M of the plan.  Issue 21 will be considered by Greenon voters on November 6th with local funding via a combination .75% earned income tax and a 6 mill property tax issue.

Milton-Union K-12 School Dedication

Milton-Union Board Members dedicated the new Milton-Union K-12 School yesterday.  In the words of Board President Jodi Minneman, "its the best school building in the State of ohio, and I think the best school in the country."  Thousands have toured the facility since its opening in August, please contact us if you would like a personal tour.

Wyoming Bond Issues Passes

Wyoming City Schools (Hamilton County) passes bond issue last night with 73% of voters saying YES. An unprecedented show of community support around a great plan. Scope of the project is a $25M addition an major renovation to a 5-8 Middle School.
