Honu House opens
The Honu House celebrated its opening this weekend. Honu is a hawaiian term for green sea turtle, and served as the parti for the design. Resting on a gentle slope, the Honu House offers panoramic views of Harmony Farms and a tree lined pond below. The opening of this retirement home marks a long term relationship with the Brewers, dating back to the 1950's when John Ruetschle worked on the original Brewer home. Over the last 60 years Ruetschle Architects have completed four buildings at Harmony Farms in Tipp City Ohio.
